I never write reviews, but I had to share that Adrian Pacheco at the Cypress Texas location is absolutely fantastic! I moved out to Bridgeland in early 2024 and have been furnishing my entire house with Rooms To Go with Adrian’s assistance. He’s knowledgeable, always follows up in a timely manner, has an incredibly friendly and positive attitude, and provides above and beyond customer service. I will only shop at Rooms To Go with Adrian.

I have been shopping at this rooms to go for years , and I always make sure to go see Jose quezada and Kristy and Mike from asima , they have always helped me and I know I’m a headache when it comes on making decisions, combining, and choosing but they have always dealt with me and have lots of patience lol ,other than that, the store is nice super clean great furniture.. to pick from Everyone else plus manager there is nice too . We have moved out of town and we are still and will always go to shop with them in Pompano Beach, Florida .

Definitely be positive what you spend $2,723.97 on furniture here is what you want or you will have to live with it as Rooms To Go will NOT let you return it to pick out something else, even for lower amount. Waited 2 months for my couch, loveseat and rug to arrive yesterday. Did not like how it looked in my living room. Was willing to take a loss and even pay return shipping but was told they have a no return policy, not for any reason! Manager, Nicole, informed me I could find that by going to their site and scrolling all the way down to Resources. In very fine print is where you will see they will not let you return, nor refund for any purchases!
I was so blown away at how simple and efficient my experience was. I went in knowing what I wanted and my Sales Rep. Deja was so knowledgeable and friendly we were done in twenty minutes with 3 rooms of furniture to go!!! My new favorite spot
In a few minutes without proper explanation the salesman proceeded with a hard inquiry on my credit.
Leslie was very friendly from the time I walked into the front door. She was very knowledgeable of all the products and was very understanding of what I wanted. With Leslie on the floor, I knew I was in good hands. I will be coming back to the Rooms To Go in Concord, but before I do, I will call Leslie to ensure she is at work. Go in and ask for Leslie, she is on point and friendly. She kept it 💯the entire time.
The Rooms to Go app is trash. Every time I try to update my profile it says try again later. Now it won’t let me sign in saying it doesn’t recognize my user name and password combination and to try again. I know for a fact it’s not an inputting error. Come on RTG, do better!

I purchased a love seat reclining sofa After it was delivered one side decided to stop working I called the service center and do to safety concerns for me the operator ordered me a whole new sofa rather than trying to repair it Who does that anymore???? YUP Rooms to Go EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Working with Rooms to Go has been a much easier process than another company. I recently had to furnish an entire home and the website is easy to navigate. I couldn’t find an item that I had seen in store and a quick chat with support helped add the item in less than 2 minutes! The delivery is top notch. They show up within the window and are careful and fast!
When you put the zip Code the country or town a message comes out that says invalid
Fix this damned app. I cannot type into a single field and have to copy and paste everything individually…

I haven’t received delivery of the new loveseat I purchased from Rooms To Go as yet but the delivery is expected in 4 more days. I am looking forward to receiving this lovely piece of furniture! I loved sitting in it in the show room and I am certain that it is the right piece for me. Greg was a wonderful sales person and he went above and beyond in answering all of my questions and was super personable as well. I am very grateful for his knowledge, assistance & expertise in this purchase! Thanks so much!
I could not open the app. When requesting the location any PR zip code or city is an invalid location.
I could apply the 3,000 credit that rooms to go approved me for. I have excellent credit and own a home that is paid for. My total was 5,000 and Something. So when I tried to use the split pay option it ran my personal Card through 3 times. The financial App they are using has a lot to be desired. If it wasn't for a wonderful salesman called Marty is Melbourne, FL. I would have canceled the order.

First I’d like to say that Jim was my sales person for a mattress & reclining chair. Jim was absolutely wonderful! Very professional. Knows the info on the inventory very well and he was very pleasant to work with. AND a very good active listener. He knew exactly what I needed and he was right. I got the first mattress he showed me and I LOVEEE it! Plus I can’t wait for the recliner to come next week. I’m sure everyone else is good there, but I will always ask for Jim first. I’d give him 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much Jim for all of your help! I really appreciate it!!
It would be nice if the furniture listed had AR capabilities like most furniture apps.
Please, figure out why your app crashes? Very aggravating. the screen goes sometimes goes completely white and the app will then freeze that way? and it will sometimes just kick you out of it all together? I usually just go thru the online website instead. Less headaches thru the online website. And YES I AM USING THE LATEST UPDATE AND TROUBLE SHOOTED EVERYTHING ON MY END...just fyi. aka not my phone, my provider or my cell service causing the issues. I like Rooms To Go hence two stars and not one star. smh

This was way easier than I thought it would be. Now fingers crossed it looks like it does on line and the reviews are truthful. But then again I’ve never been disappointed with anything I’ve bought from Rooms To Go.
I needed a queen bed frame and headboard for a great price. This is the second of this brand I ordered for my kids now that they are older. It’s easy to assemble and seems pretty solid. No problems with the first one with six months in. I liked it for the price so we are good to go.
Chelsea was amazing, what a difference comparing her with the associate helping me in store in Naples! She is knowledgeable, patient and inspiring! I hope I will deal with her again in the future!

Could not get it to allow me to input CC info when ready to check out . I had to use Apple Pay , shouldn’t have been this difficult . It was a small sofa for son’s apt , should have been quick and easy . Spent wayyyyyy more time trying to check out than actually picking a sofa .
